Key Responsibilities
As Senior Account Manager, you will:
* Lead and expand a portfolio of high-value accounts through structured account planning.
* Develop deep customer insights while staying ahead of emerging industry trends.
* Act as a trusted advisor, providing expertise on instrumentation products, services, and integrated solutions.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Solutions teams.
* Apply a consultative sales approach to identify and address client needs.
* Drive new business development initiatives and contribute to shaping regional strategy.
* Maintain consistent customer engagement, both face-to-face and virtually.
* Demonstrate agility, proactive decision-making, and a solutions-first mindset.
Your Profile
