Reception Agent - Part Time at Novotel Hotels
First impressions are everything. As a Reception Agent, you will take care of guests from arrival through to departure, ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.
What You Will Be Doing
* Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
* Take initiative to add a personalized experience
* Deal with payments (credit cards and cash)
* Communicate with guests by email and on the phone
* Willing to work morning or afternoon shifts according to the needs of the business
* Enroll our guests to Accor Loyalty Membership
* Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
* Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
* Deal with guest complaints following Accor standards
* Great communication with all departments
* Ensure important information is passed to the next shift and colleagues
* Confirm task list has been completed
* Be proactive in sorting out problems
* Working with Opera or a related system is a plus
* Fluency in English
Qualifications
* Your experience and skills include: Previous experience ideal but not essential
* Service focused personality is essential
* Experience with Opera or a related system is an asset
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
* Ability to cover day shifts where needed is essential
