We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled and experienced individual to join our UK Corporate Account Field Service Team and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, to support our expanding business.
This role will help to deliver the highest possible level of maintenance / service / engineering support and customer care.
The duties of the role will include but are not limited to the following;
Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Carry out scheduled Preventative maintenance and servicing of materials handling equipment
2. Fault diagnosis & repair of materials handling equipment
3. Liaising with Combilift support functions, with regards to issues identified in the field
4. Accurately complete service reports & job sheets via Combilift support systems
5. Ensure accurate identification & timely ordering of parts via Combilift support systems
6. Return of parts where appropriate through Combilift processes and procedures
7. Carry out all repair and service work in line with relevant Service Level Agreements and Combilift standards ensuring the highest possible level of customer satisfaction
8. Ensuring customer relationships are maintained through high standards of customer service, communication and personal presentation
