Lead Talent Partner (GTM), 12-month contract (Embedded)
Ryzon is looking for a Lead Talent Partner to embed with one of our high-growth B2B AI tech clients. Having secured funding they need to hire 150 top class new team members in GTM. You'll lead go-to-market hiring across the UK and US, partnering with senior stakeholders to build high-performing teams at pace, while keeping quality and candidate experience high and monitoring team performance.
What you'll be doing
Own end-to-end hiring for GTM roles across the UK and US, from intake through to offer
Partner with senior hiring managers (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, RevOps) to define role scope, scorecards, and hiring plans
Build proactive pipelines through sourcing, outreach, referrals, and market mapping
Run structured, candidate-friendly processes, keeping alignment tight and time-to-hire moving
Lead weekly hiring cadence with stakeholders including CRO in the US, sharing pipeline health, risks, and recommendations
Manage offers and close candidates confidently, with strong process control and clear comms
Improve how hiring runs as you go (process, templates, interview structure, ATS hygiene, reporting)
What you'll bring
Strong track record operating at Lead / Senior Talent Partner level in startups/scale-ups
Deep experience hiring across GTM functions, including senior and specialist hires
Experience hiring across both the UK and the US (sourcing approaches, market context, stakeholder management across time zones)
Excellent stakeholder management, you can influence, challenge, and maintain high standards
High-output sourcing capability, you can build pipeline yourself, not just manage process
Strong judgement and clear decision-making, you can articulate what "great" looks like
Solid ATS and reporting discipline, you run a clean process and a clear weekly view of progress
