Continuous Improvement Manager Location: Derbyshire Salary: up to £54k Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead and embed continuous improvement and business change across the organisation. Using recognised Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, the role focuses on improving processes, eliminating waste, and driving efficiency while supporting strategic objectives. You will take ownership of improvement initiatives from identification through to delivery, coach teams across the business, and play a key role in developing a strong culture of continuous improvement.
