Job Title: Administrative Specialist Clearance Required: Secret Education: Associate degree Minimum Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in the administrative functional specialty Duties and Responsibilities: Perform administrative and office support activities in alignment with Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements Provide staff with comprehensive administrative assistance, including document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence management Support daily operations through data entry, recordkeeping, and file maintenance Assist with project administration tasks such as tracking deadlines, compiling reports, and coordinating team activities Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure efficient office operations Interface with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and workflow Certifications or Training: None required; relevant certifications are a plus
