Position: Customer Service Advisor
Contract Type: Temporary ongoing
Working Pattern: Part Time - 8am to 1pm
Location: Working from Home
What Youll Do:
* Provide first-rate service through inbound calls from customers regarding their accounts.
* Assist customers via Digital Mail Service and Web Chat.
* Update systems while handling sensitive customer data.
* Guide customers to the right resources and escalate inquiries as needed.
* Resolve customer queries at the first point of contact, utilising your excellent communication skills.
What Were Looking For:
* Strong telephony skills and the ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and Web Chat.
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for helping others.
* Confident IT skills, particularly with MS Office packages.
* Candidates must pass a DBS check and provide proof of Right to Work in the UK.
