Overview
To provide an effective and efficient administrative service to the LET team.
Responsibilities
* Manage incoming calls on the LET Recruitment Helpdesk and take ownership of the Helpdesk system.
* Contribute to the delivery of LET plans and programmes as identified within key objectives.
* Assist the LET team with administrative support on new starters, employee relations issues, recruitment and payroll tasks.
* Responsible for data entry and clearance of new starters on the ESR system.
* Assist with the maintenance of the HEENE TIS system to meet minimum dataset.
* Maintain the LET E-Induction ESR information and assist with development requirements; take responsibility for E-Induction queries from LET team, Training Trusts and Employees.
* Be the point of contact within the LET to provide support to learners regarding e-Learning queries.
* Provide ESR admin support to the OLM Administrator and the HR team.
* Maintain self-development in both professional and personal terms, along with the development of other HR staff.
* Perform general duties including filing, photocopying, emails, telephone cover, etc.
* Engage in any other duties, including project work applicable at this level.

Qualifications
* Minimum 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade C or above, or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
* ITQ / ECDL or other recognised IT qualification or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
* The broad outline of knowledge, specialist skills and experience required for the post is outlined in the attached person specification.
* Experience in working in an office environment with telephone, email and customer services.
* Experience of using ESR is desirable, along with experience of NHS OLM processes.
