The Balmoral is located at Edinburgh’s most prestigious address, No. 1 Princes Street, where the Old Town stops and the New Town begins. Your Key Responsibilities
Rocco Forte Hotels is a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of the location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.
As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
* Cooperate well with colleagues in own team and across departments
* Tailor your approach and anticipate needs so that high quality results are achieved
* Deliver discreet, understated and timely service, going that extra mile
* Consistently match and surpass guest expectations to ensure guest loyalty
* Have a thorough knowledge of cocktails, wines & spirits
* Assist guests regarding menu choices in an informative and enthusiastic way
* Have previous experience in a luxury service environment or in a hotel bar is preferred
