Role Details:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator who is comfortable estimating all aspects of construction, from breaking ground to final completion. The estimator is required to work alongside project managers and wider project team to produce robust underpinned estimates with a primary focus on M+E works.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Working Closely with Project Managers to prepare accurate cost estimates.
2. Absorb and assimilate information quickly from technical documents.
3. Assess material, labour, and plant requirements in compilation of the project estimate.
