Job Description - Senior Operations Analyst (2500003K)
Job Summary: Leading the delivery of the operational resilience and outsourcing framework, including oversight and reporting.
Job Duties:
1. Work closely with the chief operating officer (COO) and legal and compliance (L&C) team to understand operational requirements and implement a compliance framework for operational resilience (OR) and outsourcing (OS).
2. Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to ensure compliance with OR and OS requirements.
3. Produce internal committee and board reports detailing progress on OR and OS compliance.
4. Maintain OS registers for each European legal entity, ensuring all required documents are current and reviewed periodically.
5. Coordinate oversight activities through the outsourcing working group and operational resilience forum.
6. Maintain and review all supporting documents for OR periodically.
7. Collaborate with the operations team to improve external reporting processes.
8. Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports as required.
Person Specification:
* Bachelor's degree or relevant insurance qualification.
* Strong communication skills for extensive interaction with underwriting teams and senior management.
* Experience in the insurance industry, preferably with Lloyds market exposure.
* Proficiency in standard Microsoft applications.
* Highly analytical with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
