Temporary Transport Administrator We are currently seeking a Temporary Transport Administrator to support our client’s busy transport office in Stoke-on-Trent for a 3-week assignment. This role requires previous experience in transport administration and the ability to hit the ground running. Key Responsibilities of this Transport Administrator role: POD (Proof of Delivery) retrieval, checking, and filing. Maintaining accurate records of transport documentation. Liaising with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve queries. Updating systems and spreadsheets with delivery and collection information. Supporting the transport team with day-to-day administrative tasks.Skills required for this Transport Administrator role: Previous transport administration experience – essential. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Confident in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
