In collaboration with Warner Media, Linen Mill Studios owns and operates the world's only licensed Game of Thrones Studio Tour at their Banbridge studios, where a significant portion of the series was filmed. We are seeking passionate, energetic, and dynamic individuals to join our Visitor Experience Team and deliver world-class customer service.
The role involves guiding guests, explaining the relevance of sets, costumes, and artifacts, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Full training will be provided. You may also undertake retail activities, assist at the café, or support corporate events.
Essential Criteria:
* Recent experience in customer service
* Excellent communication skills
* Understanding of guest needs from diverse backgrounds
* Confident in public speaking
* IT proficiency
* Reliable and committed
* Flexible and adaptable
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Creative and innovative
