Salary: £39,000 - 40,000 per year Requirements: Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or in a similar role Experience working across software, systems, or digital transformation projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Knowledge of Agile or hybrid software delivery methodologies Experience creating user stories, process maps, and business documentation Exposure to SQL, data management, or reporting tools An understanding of APIs, systems integrations, and cloud-based platforms Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools Must have the valid right to work in the UK without ever needing sponsorship Responsibilities: Gather, document, and validate business requirements Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders across multiple departments Identify process improvement and automation opportunities Support backlog management, prioritisation, and UAT activities Work alongside development teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements Produce process maps, workflows, documentation, and decision logs Support systems integrations and data flow initiatives across the wider business Technologies: Azure Cloud DevOps Flow Support JIRA SQL More: We are a well-established technology business with a strong reputation for delivering innovative software and digital solutions across a diverse customer base.
