We are recruiting for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to lead the HR function within a well-established manufacturing business. This is a newly created position, offering the opportunity to build HR systems, culture, and processes from the ground up. The successful candidate will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, support line managers, and help drive employee engagement, performance, and compliance. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys building HR functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
