Conveyancing Solicitor – Woking / Surrey (Hybrid) – B Corp Firm
An outstanding opportunity has arisen with a certified B Corp law firm in Surrey, seeking to hire a Conveyancing Solicitorto join its well-established and growing property team.
This is an ideal role for someone ready to take the next step into leadership, with the potential to become Head of Department in a few years.

The Role:
As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you'll be managing your own caseload of high-quality residential property matters, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Re-mortgages
* Transfers of equity
* First-time buyer transactions
* More complex and varied residential matters
You'll also be supporting the wider team and playing a key role in mentoring junior team members, with a path to team leadership.
About You:
* 7 – 8 years’ PQE as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
* Strong technical ability with a broad range of residential property experience
* Commercially minded and interested in developing leadership responsibilities
* Excellent client relationship and communication skills
* Eager to be part of a values-driven firm with a strong emphasis on balance and wellbeing
