Role Overview:

This role is ideal for someone with a broad range of skills with the ability to work on a variety of tasks across both internal and external areas. If you have a wide range of skills and enjoy working on different tasks around the property, this could be the perfect role for you in Pembrokeshire.

Responsibilities:

•Fit trickle vents and door undercuts to improve airflow and ventilation.

•Install roof tile vents for connecting extractor fans.

•Build loft storage solutions and access platforms.

•Carry out minor roof repairs – fixing tiles and doing general maintenance, including replacing areas of felt, batten, and tiling.

•Repair windows, keeping them in great working order.

•Fix garden fences and gates to keep everything secure.

•Take care of garden clearances to maintain outdoor spaces.

•Handle minor render and plaster repairs to fix up damaged walls and surfaces.

•Get stuck into decorating with painting and finishing work, both inside and out.

•Remove and reinstall radiators as needed.

•Tackle mould cleans in areas that need attention.

•Do repointing work on brickwork to keep everything looking solid and safe.

•Clean out gutters to prevent blockages and water damage.

•Clear out lofts to enable insulation works.

You will need:

•Proven experience in property maintenance, with a broad skillset across multiple trades.

•Experience in roofing, plastering, decoration, basic plumbing, and general repairs.

•Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

•Full driving license (for travel between sites).
