In this role, you will help manage the entire colleague lifecycle for both employees and volunteers. You will provide expert advice on HR activities like recruitment, performance management, training, and employee relations. You will also work with the team to improve processes, contribute to policy development, and ensure the best experience for our colleagues. Your work will be key to delivering our strategic goals and creating a positive, efficient, and supportive workplace for everyone.
