The Opportunity You'll join a collaborative, partner-led team handling a broad spread of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including: Employment Tribunal litigation Settlement agreements TUPE and restructuring matters Disciplinary, grievance and HR advisory work Policies, procedures and day-to-day employment support Mediation and dispute resolution The team works closely with other departments across the firm, creating a strong referral network and a varied, consistent flow of quality work.
