Scope
The purpose is to support the stress analysis team in different static and fatigue analysis activities related to Primary Structural repairs for the D328-100 and D328-300 programs. The involved engineers will work directly supporting the DAG stress lead, who will organize and follow-up the daily work.
Verantwortlichkeiten
The expected tasks to be performed, but not limited to, are detailed below:
* Incorporation of references to the Structural Repair Manual (SRM)
* Support applications of standard aerospace manufacturing processes
* Check FEM description / validation report
* Compile DAG structural analysis summary reports
* Check of production non-conformities (concessions)
Qualifikationen
The Minimum Qualification Of The Involved Engineers Shall Be
* Experience in stress analysis.
* Experience in stress / fatigue analysis of Primary Structures for both analytical (hand calc methods) and in FE analysis (Ansys, Hyperworks, Nastran)
* Experience in stress / structural repairs of Primary Structures
* Experience in certification of airframe structural parts / products
