Job Description
* Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests.
* Lead by example when attending to guest requests. Strive to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
* Achieve service quality and professionalism that meet or exceed guest expectations.
* Promote the F&B offer.
* Assist occasionally with Breakfast shifts.
* Respond promptly, efficiently, and courteously to guest requests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
* Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts, ensuring charges are accurate and posted timely.
* Follow strict security procedures with credit and cash transactions, accounting, issuing room keys, and maintaining guest confidentiality.
* Communicate effectively with hotel guests and departments, verbally and in writing as required.
* Operate the switchboard professionally, handling calls promptly, greeting callers according to policy, and transferring calls efficiently.
* Document and distribute internal and guest messages accurately according to hotel procedures.
* Maintain an up-to-date internal phone list and handle international and operator-assisted calls, recording charges correctly.
* Assist in screening reservation calls, providing accurate and current information.
* Promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through product knowledge and selling skills.
* Perform other duties as requested by management and supervisors.
Qualifications
Previous hotel experience.
