Are you a confident multitasker with a passion for people and organisation? We’re looking for a proactive HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our client’s friendly, client-focused team. This is a varied and rewarding role, supporting a wide range of businesses with their HR administration, recruitment coordination, and employee lifecycle processes. You’ll be the go‑to person for ensuring their clients receive seamless, efficient support — from posting job adverts and managing interviews to preparing contracts and maintaining HR records. Every day will bring something different, and you’ll play a key role in helping their clients’ teams run smoothly. While most of your work can be done from our Boston base or at home, there may be the occasional need to visit clients.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing recruitment administration — drafting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and handling pre‑employment checks.
* Preparing contracts, offer letters, and HR documents.
* Maintaining accurate HR records and supporting onboarding processes.
* Assisting with payroll, probation reviews, and key HR milestones.
* Supporting HR consultants with employee engagement, reporting, and analytics.
* Providing general administrative support across HR and Health & Safety functions.
About you:
* Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple clients and priorities with ease.
* Confident using a range of IT systems — excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR/recruitment systems is essential.
* Comfortable communicating with clients and colleagues, both in person and via Teams.
* Professional, detail‑focused, and genuinely passionate about providing great service.
* Previous experience in HR administration or recruitment coordination is ideal.
* Strong payroll experience.
* Basic understanding of employment law.
You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values flexibility, professional growth, and a positive approach to work. If you’re looking for a role where every day is different and your organisational skills can truly shine, we’d love to hear from you.
