A well-established and growing Civil Engineering and Construction Contractor is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their leadership team. This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to shape operational delivery across a diverse portfolio of projects, including Groundworks, Civil Engineering, and Housing schemes Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee day-to-day operational delivery across multiple live projects
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and project performance
Collaborate with commercial and pre-construction teams to support tendering and planning
Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering & Groundworks projects
Proficient with NEC contract knowledge
Willingness to travel across North West Wales
