About The Role
At Foxtons, we take pride in delivering exceptional property management services – and safety is at the heart of everything we do. As a Compliance Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our landlords’ properties meet the highest standards of safety and legal compliance, giving both landlords and tenants peace of mind.
You’ll work closely with our Property Management teams and Office Managers to make sure every home we manage is compliant from the moment it’s listed, through to move-in, tenancy, and beyond. If you’re detail-driven, proactive, and passionate about doing things right, this is your chance to become a trusted expert in a fast-moving, high-impact role.
Key Responsibilities:
•Coordinating essential safety checks and certifications, including gas, electrical, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide, fire safety, and legionella
•Managing property licensing, EPCs, and Right to Rent checks
•Staying on top of ever-evolving regulations and ensuring our systems and processes are always up to date
•Support with monthly/quarterly audits and spot checks to maintain the integrity of our compliance data
•Supporting customer service excellence by helping resolve complaints and improving processes
•Producing regular reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
This role is based in our Worcester office (WR4) towards the outskirts of the city with excellent transport links from numerous locations. Free onsite parking is provided.
