What You’ll Be Doing
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations, stability, performance, and security of Savings’ applications, leading proactive improvements to support and monitoring processes.
2. Act as the key escalation point for incidents and problems, restoring service quickly, driving thorough root-cause analysis, and ensuring stakeholders are kept informed to prevent repeat issues.
3. Work closely with the Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Technical Leads, and third-party providers to align resources, releases, and service goals as part of a “one team” approach.
