Responsibility and Accountability
* Achieving sales targets for cassette duplication
* Develop world-wide network of brokers selling RTM’s cassettes duplication service
* Maintain current broker, label and artists relationships using our service
* Lead the duplication product marketing management (offering, pricing, distribution, and promotion)
* Grow our ongoing blank cassette business – D2C & B2B
Skills
* Strong commercial logic and creativity
* Leader, self-motivated and self-time management
* Good interpersonal skills
* Consistent, highly organize and detail oriented
* Team player
* English – good working level is a must. Other European languages – strong benefit
Experience
* Minimum 3-5 years direct or indirect sales experience
* · Experience dealing in the music industry – preferably on publishing or analogue distribution areas
* · Proven record of meeting sales targets

Location
This job will require traveling. Base location should be with good travel connections (London, Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin etc…)
