A great opportunity to join a respected Local Authority as a Property Administrator supporting key housing contracts across Kent. THE ROLE
The Property Administrator will support the day-to-day coordination and administration of property-related contracts, ensuring repairs, compliance works and resident enquiries are handled efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for repairs, fire safety works, and damp & mould cases
Monitor contractor performance and ensure delivery meets agreed specifications
Process works orders from instruction through to completion
Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates
Minute operational meetings and record clear actions for governance purposes
Liaise with contractors, internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues
Maintain accurate records, documentation and data on internal systemsTHE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar administrative role within housing, property, construction or contract management.
You will also have:
Strong IT skills and high attention to detail
Confident communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Experience managing a busy workload and prioritising effectively
Understanding of property repairs processes and terminology
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleTHE CONTRACT
Working Hours: 37 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday, 9–5
Length of Contract: Permanent Contract
