We are seeking a dedicated Business Lecturer to deliver engaging and informative lessons for Level 1 & 2 of the BTEC curriculum. This role is ideal for someone with prior BTEC teaching experience, passionate about shaping the future of students in the business field.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Deliver structured lectures and coursework to students enrolled in Level 1 & 2 of the BTEC curriculum.
* Engage students through interactive teaching methods and real-world business scenarios.
* Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and feedback sessions.
* Adapt teaching materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
* Provide academic support and guidance to students to enhance their learning experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in teaching BTEC courses.
* A teaching qualification is ideal, though not mandatory.
* Strong understanding of business concepts and the ability to convey them effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate and inspire students.
