What Youll Be Doing:
* Supporting recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees
* Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
* Assisting with payroll administration, benefits, and employee queries
* Supporting HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities
* Preparing HR reports, presentations, and internal communications
* Helping organise employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events
