Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has become available within the Digital and Information directorate at NHS Fife. We are looking for an engaging individual with a great ability to convey information supportively and a keen interest in helping others learn.
The Digital and Information Trainer will focus on delivering training on digital systems to service users and staff. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating and delivering training, and continuously improving the training programs. You will develop various training materials to enable standardized training and promote a self-help approach, working with the Strategy and Programmes team to ensure consistency in training materials.
NHS Fife is committed to developing strategies and frameworks to support organizational change and modernize service delivery through digital initiatives for staff, patients, carers, and the public. This role will serve as an advocate for this digital agenda.
You must be able to travel throughout Fife and Scotland as needed and be flexible with working hours to accommodate training schedules.
For informal inquiries, please contact Susan Paterson at [emailprotected] or 07427180615.
NHS Fife is legally required to verify that all employees have the right to work in the UK. If you are not a UK or Irish national, you must confirm your eligibility to work in your application.
Legal employment in the UK requires demonstrating relevant permission, which can be evidenced through various routes including visas and settled or pre-settled status. For more information, visit the GOV.UK website.
In some cases, sponsorship via a UK Skilled Worker/Health & Care Worker Visa may be possible, provided the employer is a licensed sponsor and the salary meets the required thresholds. Please verify your eligibility before applying.
Due to legislative changes from 1 April 2025, this position may require a different level of criminal record check. If classified as a "regulated role," you will need to join the PVG Scheme. Further details are available at Disclosure Scotland.
We support flexible working, family-friendly policies, and are committed to diversity and inclusion, welcoming applications from all backgrounds.
