What you’ll do
* Respond to alerts from RMM, monitoring and security platforms.
* Upload patches to customer platforms.
* Remediate patch and vulnerability failures.
* Act on local device issues that could be impacting compliance.
* Remove and clean‑up tasks for customers, such as end‑of‑life software.
* Automate and script remediation tasks.
* Other ad‑hoc work as instructed by technical operations.
Qualifications
* Prior experience within a service desk or similar environment.
* Strong technical support understanding including patch and vulnerability management, Windows Server, AWS/Azure, networking, ITIL practices, backup technology and security awareness.
* Logical and thorough approach to resolving incidents and requests.
* Exceptional customer service skills with experience in supporting remote problems.
