The Role
As Busin
e
ss Development Manager, you'll play a key role in driving growth across the North West.
You will
:
• Identif
y and win new wholesale accounts
• Build a
nd nurture long term client relationships
• Develop
and execute strategic growth plans
• Represe
nt the RoastHouse brand with energy and professionalism
• Work cl
osely with our leadership team to shape the future of the business
This is
a
full time role based at our Warrington HQ, with regular travel across the North West.
Who We're Looking For
We're lo
o
king for someone who:
• Has pro
ven B2B sales or business development experience
• Is conf
ident, proactive and target driven
• Underst
ands the hospitality or food & beverage sector (preferred but not essential)
• Thrives
in a fast paced, growing business
• Is exci
ted by the opportunity to help scale a new brand
