A well-regarded offshore disputes practice is looking to recruit a Senior Associate for a broad role spanning litigation, insolvency and commercial disputes. The work covers court and tribunal proceedings, insolvency disputes, enforcement matters and advisory work on contested rights, obligations and the construction of legal documents and legislation. You will work closely with partners, clients, other law firms and professional advisers on matters that are typically complex, cross-border and commercially sensitive. This is a substantive fee-earning role. Day-to-day responsibilities will include taking instructions, drafting pleadings, skeleton arguments and written submissions, managing files and reviewing the work of junior lawyers. You will also contribute to knowledge management, client development and training.
