Position: Polisher Wet Spraying Section
Location: Bordesley Green, B9
Shift: Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Your Role Will Include
* Polishing and preparing surfaces for wet spraying
* Supporting the wet spray team by ensuring all components meet preparation standards
* Sanding, buffing, and refining metal surfaces prior to coating
* Performing quality checks throughout the polishing process
* Manual handling of metal products and frames
* Keeping work areas clean and organized to support production efficiency
* Working closely with team members to ensure production targets are met
* Identifying and reporting any surface or material defects before spraying
About You
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
* High attention to detail with a focus on quality finish
* Able to follow written and verbal instructions
* Physically fit and confident with manual handling tasks
* Previous experience in polishing, prepping, or wet spraying is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
* A proactive team player with good timekeeping and reliability
