* RGN or ODP
* Recognised post-registration course relevant to Theatres
* Degree or Diploma in Nursing / Healthcare
* Teaching and assessing qualification
* Evidence of CPD
* A recognised Surgical First Assistant course
* 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service
