Key Account Manager - Seeds role at ha. Location: Lincolnshire based with travel across the UK; some overseas travel may be required.

Salary Package
£40,000 - £50,000 basic salary depending on skills and experience + Company Car + Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, agree, and implement clear plans for maximising income from Agricultural accounts.
* Work with line manager and Operations Division to build and deliver pricing terms for retail and royalty products.
* Ensure multi-year sales and royalty targets are achieved, developing all available market opportunities.
* Create Key Account Management plans for major customers; collaborate with the team to ensure plans are achievable and approved.
* Maintain a high level of commercial and technical expertise; operate by company values.
* Have excellent technical knowledge of the company Agricultural portfolio.
* Collaborate with the Coordination, Marketing, Technical and Operations teams to commercialise new products.
* Engage in personal development within the company.
* Travel in the UK and Europe as required, with potential outside standing working hours.
* Proactively work with other teams across the business.
Qualifications
* Candidate Requirements: Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent by experience.
* BASIS (Seed Sellers) qualification is desirable but not essential.
* NIAB Crop Inspector license is desirable but not essential.

* Significant experience working in agriculture.
* Significant sales/key account management experience.
* Outstanding commercial awareness.
* Excellent networking and relationship building skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Effective communication, collaboration and negotiation skills.
* Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
* IT skills including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
