Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join our team supporting a School Private Finance Initiative. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of school defect repairs and mechanical & electrical (M&E) projects, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards while being completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with contractors, stakeholders and operations teams to manage site activities, oversee technical compliance and mitigate risks. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, preferably with experience in the education sector or PFI projects, excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

You will be joining our Total FM team at Swindon Schools, where we provide integrated asset management and maintenance services across the education, leisure, corporate, health and living sectors, ensuring facilities operate safely, efficiently and at their best.

Working hours are set on a negotiable shift rota of 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm and some weekend work may be required. An enhanced DBS will be required. This is a fixed-term contract ending on 31st December 2026.
