Key Responsibilities
* Support delivery of people strategy and HR KPIs (absence, retention, turnover).
* Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
* Manage ER cases, absence, and occupational health referrals.
* Ensure HR systems and data are accurate and compliant.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training compliance.
* Promote diversity, engagement, and well‑being initiatives.
* Collaborate on resource planning and community outreach.
* Participate in HR projects and cross‑site activities.
Skills & Experience
* Proven HR advisory experience
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Knowledge of employment legislation
* Experience with HR systems
* Organised, practical, and solution‑focused
Qualifications
* CIPD qualification (or working towards) – Desirable
* HR experience in manufacturing/food industry – Desirable
