The Opportunity
Are you an experienced tech recruiter looking to join a high‑performing, collaborative team within one of the fastest‑growing specialisms in the UK? This is a rare opportunity to step into a high‑performing contract desk within a rapidly scaling Technology practice at Hays.
About the Team
You’ll be joining a highly collaborative, people‑focused team. The Scottish team is well‑established, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive, with a strong social culture and a calendar full of team events.
Our new penthouse office sits in the heart of Edinburgh’s business district, offering stunning views across the city, plus a private roof terrace perfect for summer lunches, team gatherings and after‑work socials.
You’ll work with an established client base, with the space and encouragement to grow it further. You’ll have scope to cover the entire Scottish market as we build out our centre of excellence, giving you access to a diverse portfolio of large enterprises, SMEs and high‑growth startups. No two days are the same, and your client base will offer long‑term opportunity.
The Role
