Business Tax Manager / Senior Manager - Gatwick
Location: Gatwick / Crawley
Salary: £60,000-£75,000 + excellent benefits
The Opportunity

This is your chance to join a thriving, established team, working with a predominantly owner-managed business client base, while helping shape and grow the local market presence.
The Role
* Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering both tax compliance and advisory services
* Work across a variety of sectors, supporting exit & succession planning, group restructures, deals, profit extraction, share schemes and employee incentivisation
* Provide technical guidance to junior colleagues and support team development
* Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for new work
* Contribute to the growth and presence of the Gatwick office
About You
* ACA and/or CTA qualified
* Strong UK corporate tax experience
* Experience with privately owned businesses / OMB clients
* Local to Gatwick or surrounding areas
* Open to step-up opportunities, particularly Assistant Managers ready to progress
* Commercial mindset with excellent communication skills
* Proactive, collaborative, and keen to develop your career
