Harmonic are delighted to be working on a retained basis alongside an extremely exciting, fast growth music licensing scale up in the search for a Talent Management Assistant to join their growing team.
The Business:
Our client works with content creators across the YouTube and media space, with the nature of this business centred around providing real support to YouTube content creators to help navigate through the online, digital landscape. Our client are an exclusive, invite only platform designed to ensure clients receive the highest level of support and services to those that upload original content and have large followings. Service offerings include sponsorships and brand integrations, multi platform content strategy and content ID and Digital Rights Management.
This extremely culture driven business focuses on values including respect, fun, knowledge and putting their clients interests at the forefront of their interests. With global headcount for the team at 35 and scaling, and turnover at £30 million and growing year-on-year, this is an extremely exciting opportunity to grow alongside, and have a real impact on the expansion of the business.
The Role:
This is a newly created role in line with the growth of the business, and represents a fantastic opportunity to work under the leadership of a fantastic team of experienced YouTube and digital experts. The role, which supports flexible, hybrid working, will require an outward facing candidate that is adaptable and keen to work with one of the most exciting businesses in the content creator space. There are clear progression opportunities available to the successful candidate with the client keen on organic growth and development. Due to the nature of the business, there will be great exposure working with some exciting clients in the YouTube space, so is perfect for lovers of the sector.
This is the perfect role individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills that enjoys relationship building as well as getting rolling the sleeves up and getting involved in the more granular duties.
Duties:
* Possess a strong understanding of the creator landscape and social media platforms: including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
* Utilize YouTube platform policies to support creators in resolving technical channel-related issues
* Assist with campaign management, including tracking deliverables against timelines and facilitating communication between brands and creators
* Offer strategic feedback and recommendations to enhance client growth and performance
* Perform in-depth quarterly reviews of client channels
* Conduct monthly research into the creator economy, delivering data-driven insights and trends to support internal team development
* Foster strong client relationships through adaptable communication and responsive support
* Take initiative in task management and maintain proactive communication with clients
* Represent and uphold company values in all client interactions
