Engineering Team Leader
We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for an Engineering Team Leader to join our brilliant team in Middlesbrough.
You will take an active part in maintaining, developing and improving Plant machinery and services. This will involve a variety of duties ranging from promptly repairing breakdowns to installing new equipment. PLC and HMI controls are integral to production equipment performing efficiently and experience in working on them is, therefore desirable. You will also ensure that Health & Safety and Quality Standards are achieved.

Working Hours, Salary & Location:
Shifts: 4 on, 4 off Days - 12 hour shifts.
Salary: £52,000 per annum
Location: Middlesbrough
Main Duties:
* Health & Safety
* General maintenance duties.
* Daily duties will include:
o Electronics, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Conveyors (wire & belt)
o Installations, fault finding, Inspections, Servicing.
o Planned preventative maintenance.
o Project improvement schemes.
o Maintenance, installations and repair of electrical / mechanical equipment.
o Contribute to existing improvement opportunities.
o Participate in training and development activities as required and assist with the training and development of colleagues.
o Any other duties that could reasonably be expected as being within the remit of the post.
Personal Specifications:
* A proven track record and strong engineering background (Electrical Bias)
* Excellent time management skills
* Good knowledge of fault finding and preventative maintenance
* The ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative.
