SEN Nursery Practitioner
Salary: £26,499 per annum
Location: Norwich
Contract/Hours: Permanent/Full Time – 40 hours per week

We're looking for Level 3 Early Years Practitioner with SEND experience who thrives on collaboration and leadership. Someone who is confident working with children, families and professionals to make inclusion a reality every day.
In this role, you will:
* Champion SEND policies and day-to-day support across the nursery.
* Work closely with families, guiding and empowering them through the journey.
* Be the key contact for external professionals.
* Support and mentor colleagues to deliver inclusive, high-quality care.
* Ensure every child receives the right support at the right time.
Let's talk about you
In the role of Early Years Practitioner (Level 3), we're ideally looking for someone who has:
* A Level 3 Early Years and Childcare qualification (NNEB, CACHE, NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent)
* Experience in leading SEND provision in early years, with a thorough understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and how to embed inclusive practice across the team.
* Experience in planning and delivering educational programmes for children aged 0 to 5, tailored to their individual needs and developmental stages.
* The ability to observe, guidance support less experienced colleagues, helping them to develop their skills.
* Experience applying effective communication techniques with children and their families.
* Knowledge of children's emotional, physical, psychological, and educational development from 0-5 years
