We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to join our client.You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of maintenance operations, supporting engineers, liaising with clients, and ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be confident, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Location: High Wycombe Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 Annual Leave: 23 days per annum Maintenance Coordinator Responsibilities Answer incoming telephone calls, take detailed messages, and direct enquiries appropriately Welcome and assist clients/customers visiting the office Process daily post; verify incoming invoices against purchase order numbers Monitor and respond to emails from clients and engineers Print and file job sheets received from engineers Cross-check service report sheets with time sheets Follow up on recommended parts from job sheets; obtain and compare quotations Communicate with engineers to clarify unit and job details Source pricing and availability of parts as needed Prepare and send quotations to clients; follow up on approvals Schedule maintenance visits and remedial works Maintain and update the gas cylinder spreadsheet; arrange collection as required Chase engineers for outsta...
