Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a Part-Time Kitchen Administrator who will join our exciting team. As Kitchen Administrator, you will be required to: Ensure all kitchen documentation and compliance is accurate and strictly adhered to. You will communicate relevant information and data that is required for other departments in the kitchen. Rota organisation. Ensure compliance with food hygiene, Health and Safety, and stock procedures. Ensure resources meet business needs through the effective management of working rotas. The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent communication skills with both colleagues and with customers.
