SALARY: £124,653 - £146,650
LOCATION: Leeds, Edinburgh, or London
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid work style, involving at least two days per week (or 40%) at one of our office sites, with flexibility around the other days.

We seek a dynamic Head of Collaboration Engineering to lead a team in designing, implementing, and maintaining collaboration solutions across Lloyds Banking Group. This role is key to driving technical excellence and innovation in collaboration technologies including M365, Data, Messaging Platforms, and Real-Time Communications.

What you’ll be doing…
1. Product Management: Lead the team by setting vision, mobilizing resources, and ensuring effective delivery.
2. Innovation: Explore new technologies to improve colleague experience and efficiency, fostering a culture of innovation.
3. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of collaboration engineers.
4. Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs to evaluate collaboration solutions and identify improvements.
5. Application Management: Manage budgets and resources, ensuring delivery, operational risk management, and controlling costs.
6. Your Development: Engage in career development activities, mentoring, and continuous learning opportunities.
What you’ll need…
1. Strong leadership, management, and mentoring skills to inspire and empower the Collaboration Lab team.
2. Proven experience managing Collaboration Technology platforms like M365, Data, Email, Compliance, Surveillance, and Real-Time Communications.
3. Experience with Agile methodologies, familiarity with JIRA/JIRA Align, and leading teams in SCRUM/Kanban environments.
