This is a temporary seasonal position, part-time (hours)
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the profitability of the foreign exchange bureau. You will offer exceptional customer service, making each customer feel special, while managing the day-to-day operations of the bureau, increasing its exposure, and developing new business leads to achieve targets & KPI’s. Working as part of a team, you will drive business through social media, events, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring profitability of the foreign exchange bureau
* Achieving foreign exchange targets, including KPIs
* Converting Hays Travel customers to purchase
* Maximising individual and team foreign exchange sales
* Providing exceptional customer service at all times
* Assisting with daily bureau operations
* Increasing bureau exposure and developing new leads
* Using social media to promote offers and generate engagement and sales
* Following foreign exchange sales structure to maximise opportunities
* Monitoring local competition and managing rates and margins daily
* Monitoring foreign currency stock levels and maintaining minimum quantities
* Ensuring accurate cash reconciliation and banking
* Minimising risks and mitigating errors
* Supporting day-to-day branch operations and administrative duties
* Ensuring security of the bureau
* Participating in relevant training for personal development
* Adhering to company policies and procedures
* Performing other duties as required
* Complying with health and safety policies
* Treating all employees, customers, and suppliers with dignity and respect
