BMS Support Engineer – North West

The Role
You will play a key role in maintaining and supporting BMS installations, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Preventative maintenance and diagnostics of BMS systems
* Fault finding, small repairs, and remedial works
* Responding to reactive service and breakdown calls
* Routine system inspections and performance checks
* Accurate documentation of service activities and client interactions
* Participation in an on‑call rota
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience within the building controls/BMS industry
* Strong knowledge of Trend and/or IQ Vision
* Experience with Siemens, Tridium, Schneider EcoStruxure or similar – training will be provided
* Good understanding of mechanical plant
* Excellent diagnostic and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
