Position: Security Supervisor
Location: Maidstone
Pay Rate: GBP14.82 per hour
Hours: Average 56 hours per week
Shifts: 12 Hour shifts, 6 days on, 3 days off, 6 nights on, 3 nights off
Requirements: DS and Full UK driving licence are essential

Your Responsibilities:
* Act as an ambassador for the client and company, maintaining professionalism and a welcoming demeanor.
* Manage the Night/Day Security Team and oversee CCTV operations in the Security Control Room.
* Take ownership of site assignment instructions and ensure duties are performed as per site protocols.
* Attend meetings and adhere to reporting structures and protocols.
* Conduct monthly staff welfare checks and annual appraisals.
* Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained.
* Support the security team during holiday and sickness cover.
* Ensure staff competence through induction and ongoing training, including toolbox talks.
* Comply with company policies, management plans, and health & safety procedures.
* Write detailed incident reports and conduct regular site checks.
* Maintain excellent knowledge of the building and surrounding area to assist building users.
* Demonstrate excellent timekeeping and organizational skills.
* Adhere to site policies, procedures, and relevant UK legislation.
* Ensure the security of the building and its occupants by understanding and following SOPs.
* Liaise with clients and management as required.
* Perform other duties appropriate to the role within the department/service.
Ideal Candidate:
* Must be 18 or over.
* Confident communicator and team player.
* Good IT skills.
* Full UK driving license and access to personal transport.
