An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and forward‑thinking therapist to join our leadership team at East Surrey Hospital as Occupational Therapy Orthopaedic Team Lead.
The team is a well‑established, multidisciplinary focused team well respected within the hospital for their knowledge and experience in the orthopaedic field.
We are looking for a Team Lead who likes a challenge, can be flexible with their approach to working as well as well experienced with a variety of assessments and interventions.
Main Duties
This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to engage others, with a proactive approach to service development. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to a person‑centred approach in line with the Trust Values and Behaviours, and will be flexible, work under pressure and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
